It's the most wonderful time of the Year!
May. 10th, 2007 10:24 pmThat's right, renewal/new pilot season. Otherwise known as the Upfonts.
NBC is up first and that's good for me because it means I can finally rest easy about my beloved Friday Night Lights! It's coming back! This should be cause for much celebration and joy.
Also every one of the new pilots seems promising. Journeyman was an early favorite of mine because of the presence of Kevin McKidd and time travel and now it is going to make it to air. It sounds a little Quantum Leap-y but that's not necessarily bad.
The Bionic Woman is David Eick otherwise known as the good parts of BSG and a vast number of BSG people are appearing. Including apparently Katee Sackhoff which is never a bad thing.
Chuck seems like it will fulfill the spy shaped hole in my heart since the end of Alias.
Life is probably the least interesting but featuring Damien Lewis so therefore promising.
This still isn't 100% but it's been in several places so I think the woo-hoo-ing can begin now.
