We're having a hurricane. Or the remains of one. Which basically has meant rain rain rain. And wind. And rain. And my pants are getting wet. So that's fun (the hurricane part not so much the wet pants.) And I'm reading a book on female slaves which is somewhat less fun but illuminating. Even though the woman who wrote the book now says that she would write a totally different book and doesn't agree with a lot of the things she said in this book.
Anyway, pretty soon I'm going to have the internet back (if all goes according to plan) and my computer will have a wireless connection which may just mean that I start pestering everybody with posts whenever I happen to find a hot spot! Hah!
I'm wasting time in the hurricane that could be used for reading but no! I don't want to do work, even though Academic Epiphany and all (and yes I must use capital letters. It was a big event.) Also they are giving me money because of Feminists. Well the club is getting money but I get to spend it, so it is mine!!! Now I shall get drunk on my own power. MUHAHAHAHA!! Mine is an evil laugh. Incidentally I am also getting money for working. Go tutoring. The school is really nice and the kids are too. And they are going to give me money!! And that really is all mine.
OOO I go my Daily Show book and it is shiny and cool. My life is good cause I am filling it with things. Which is a sad thing to say but I am shallow and it's not totally true. Just mostly. I watched Gilmore Girls and it was good. YAY!! Happy!! (watched One Tree Hill also and it was crappy. Bad show that. Moira Kelly where did you go wrong! Remember The Cutting Edge when you were a bitchy figure skater with DB Sweeney? You should make a reunion movie. Where we finally figure out if you won that damn medal!!!
OMG!!! They announced the ROTK:EE contents and I started squeeing in the library. Because it is a goodness beyond compare. My life is so happy. Of course I'm going to wait until Christmas because liek dude is a tradition to watch it on Christmas with my family. Hopefully 8 days (all of which I will be home for I think) will be enough for mom to buy it for me. May have to introduce her to the wonders of online shopping.
I'm looking over this post and was like 'man I sound really dumb' but I think I sound dumb in a smart way so it's all meta. What does it matter I am hyper (and tired cause tutoring is fun but I have to wake up early like.) But waking up to Centerstage music is good, even if I was up late cause the music I was going to sleep to was too loud and I wasn't going to turn it down. Oh the tribulations of my life.
(Also I may have a brilliant humor piece cooking up or I may have done something really crazy tonight. Well regardless I did something really crazy, it may turn into a humor piece or it may just be me being crazy. We'll see.)
