I had an Epiphany

Today I had a moment of complete academic clarity. Everything was so clear. I know why I came to Sarah Lawrence. I know why I'm going to college at all. I was in conference and I was talking to my teacher (who is amazing and brilliant) and suddenly I got everything. I knew just why I was here.

See I was freaking out before conference because I felt like I didn't know enough and that I was going to sound dumb and my teacher wasn't going to think I was prepared for class or that I could do this. But then as we were talking I just got it. Suddenly everything seemed to make sense. She asked me questions and I knew the answers even if before I wouldn't have thought I knew them. She focused me on questions and I KNEW THE ANSWERS!! I can't quite explain the way it came over me, this great feeling like all of a sudden I got why I was in school. I understood everything. I came here because of moments like this, and I just had one and it feels incredible. I feel like my whole life has purpose and academics aren't just going to be wasted on me. Because I GET IT!!

I can't even explain how amazing my morning was. And I just spent two paragraphs trying, so if you can figure that out more power to you. But I just don't know how to put it into words.
