Last Night's TAR
Mar. 30th, 2005 02:16 pmThat was too intense. Seriously I was on the edge of my seat for almost the entire two hours (more so during the second hour.) I didn't even flip channels for the second hour. My show, she is back.
I was worried for the brothers. Since hearing that their car was going to crash I've been worried on account of my love for them. It happened slowly but they are now my favorites. Especially after last night. They were so worried about the cameraman. And poor Brian was so rattled. They needed a hug. And then they weren't eliminated. Instead my least favorite team was. I was very happy. The brothers deserved to win. Not only did they have a bad day but they were good racers. They made a smart choice on detours and it allowed them to win. That was one of the best endings to the show in a while. It never works out the way I want it to!
Now, Rob and Amber can go. I liked them, I really did. I could overlook the occasional instance of being horrible human beings because they were good racers. But now I can't. Not even leaning out the window to check on the brothers was low, I understand it's a race but every other team at least played lip service to them. And they didn't give the old people money. Even Jonathan gave the old people money last time. They are small but starting to add up. They are funny and pretty good racers but I'm just not feeling the love. Rob did give me a laugh though when he said they were done being nice. Man if we've been seeing the nice Ramber I'd hate to see the mean Ramber. They are one of two teams that I won't be sad to see go. At this point in the race that's pretty good.
I can't wait for next week but hopefully it won't be as intense, my nerves can't take it.
